Q:My porch floor is cement, and at one point previous owner painted it. When floor is wet, it is very slippery. If I use this rug, will it stay in place wet or dry when walked on?

A: It's a really good looking outdoor rug. It stays in place but strong winds do blow it up so I have something on top of it such as flower pots, etc. because it's somewhat lightweight.

A: I cut my carpet with a box cutter and have used scissors too. I do not have any frayed ends. I absolutely love it. I have it on my back and front porch.
