                  A:  Remove the base (leave the bracket on the wall). Thread the set screw all the way through and back out again. Re-mount the base on the bracket and tighten the set screw.

                    Q:After a few weeks of having this towel ring installed both the plastic pieces on the ends of the towel ring have broken so the ring just spins around, can we get replacement parts for this?

                        A:  I have never seen replacement parts, if it were me and you haven't had it a long time I'd take the whole thing back. It seems things just are not made like they used to be made !!! Plastic this instead of metal.

                              A:  First you install the bracket on the wall and then you slide the towel ring over the bracket and on the bottom there is a small set screw, take a small common screw driver and turn in the set screw making sure it is tight and that is it.
