A:  The minimum clearance between dryer cabinet and adjacent walls or other surfaces should be: 0” either side, 0” rear, 1” front and 1” top. Closet doors must be louvered or otherwise ventilated and doors must contain a minimum of: 72 square inches of open area. A:  The gas dryer does not require a 240V receptacle. An electrical connection is only required for the electric version for this model.

A:  Model GUD24ESSMWW features the washer on the bottom and the dryer at the top.

A:  Hey there - that’s a great question! We can confirm that the standpipe diameter must be 1-1/2” minimum. There must be an air gap around the drain hose in the standpipe. A snug fit can cause a siphoning action. This machine uses an average of 14.95 gallons of water per cycle, but this will change depending on things such as the amount of clothes, the selected cycle, and the amount of dirt and soil in the load.
