A:  Hi there - The washer in this great laundry center has an infusor, not an agitator. We do have models GUD24GSSMWW and GUD27GSSMWW that have traditional agitators. A:  Hi there! There is a chime sound made when the dryer is finished with its cycle. When designing this unit, we took into consideration of the loudness. A:  I assume there is no way to turn it off on this model. Is it a loud, earsplitting buzzer? Or does it just make a soft beeping noise?

If you find your unit to vibrate abnormally, ensure it is on even floor space, and adjust the leveling legs as necessary until even. We're confident you will enjoy its performance for many years!
