Troubleshooting options: Have you cleaned and/or replaced filter: If not we recommend cleaning the filter with a vacuum and/or replacing the filter with a Genuine Germ Guardian Filter Have you cleaned the inside of filter cavity with hose of vacuum or compressed air Make sure the unit is plugged into a 120V 60Hz power source. A:  After replacing the filter, you must hold down the UV button for a few seconds to reset the filter warning light.

A:  The unit has a Timer feature that allows the unit to run for a period of time and then shut off. The unit is designed to be run 24/7.

A:  To reset the unit, have the unit powered on and hold down the UV button for 5 seconds.

A:  I'm allergic to cats and dogs. We have 2 indoor cats and I could tell an immediate improvement in my breathing.

A:  The unit is designed to remove pet dander, pet hair, odor and other particulate matter.

A:  5-in-1 means it has 5 ways of cleaning. They are as follows: Hepa filter Pet Layer on filter Carbon filter UV-C TiO2

A:  Yes, Guardian Technologies carries replacement parts for all of our units. The filter part number is FLT4850PT and the bulb part number is LB4000.

A:  The unit is just an air purifier. It does not have a strong enough air flow to cool a room off.
