Q:Unit was working fine but I did a routine check of filter and it needed to be replaced. I did this with recommended filter but could never get unit to start working again. No power, lights, looked for re-set button but couldn't find one What happened?

    A:  GermGuardian® LB4000 UV-C replacement Bulb is a 5 watt Bulb. The UV-C light fights germs, kills airborne bacteria, viruses and mold spores. The light is a safe and natural way to kill germs without the use of chemicals and produces no ozone or chemical sprays. It does contain mercury. This Bulb needs to be replaced every 10-12 month depending on use and environmental factors.

      A:  Our upstairs and down stairs are 1100 sq ' each and we have 1 of these on each floor and they do great we really like them ( great air cleaners )

        Q:Is it easy to change the filter and where do I buy additional filters. I am purchasing this for my bedroom only as I have severe allergies to dust, etc. Not worried about odors. Is it tall enough to stand on the floor?
