A:  Hello; for my project I didn’t need a side backslash for this vanity. I installed 2 of them in center of the wall, separated with about 6 inches. I believe there isn’t side backslash because the build-in backslash with the sink is curved in bottom and will not take a square corner. If you are going to mount this vanity in corner that will be a little challenge for you to try to keep the water out from the side. Good luck.
