Q:So disappointed that we cannot get a replacement sprayer for this faucet. We had this installed in 2015, and I love this faucet. But sadly the hose has burst and we tried to fix it with flexiseal and flexitape, but in spite of what you might see about those products building a boat you can float in, it wouldn't repair this hose. We now have another faucet on order - a Pfister - not nearly as nice looking but hopefully it will last more than 5 1/2 years.

A:  Yes. We replaced the exact unit as well. Quality is not the same and we had an issue with the aerator.

A:  Scot I purchased the same faucet because my Pegasus faucet I had like this started leaking from everywhere. It is perfect fit and I'm loving it! What are 1-inch penetrations?

Q:Is the sprayer hose long enough to mount to the left side of faucet ?

          Answer This Question

A:  Yes. The spray is completely independent of the faucet assembly except for the hose connecting to the bottom in the center. So the spray could theoretically be mounted anywhere w/i a radius of the center section equal to the hose length, which is at least 18". One thing you do need to take note of w/ this faucet is that the handles are too long to drill the 4 holes equidistant apart - the spray has to be a little further out.

A:  I installed mine about April or so. From the sink to the bottom of the handle it’s 4.75 inches, and to the top of the handle it’s 5.5 inches. I highly recommend this faucet. It looks great, very elegant looking and works great!

A:  I just started looking for one myself. If you need additional pieces tho, I've tried 6 different brands and colors for coordinating parts that we needed and the Kraus brushed brass is the closest we found. Please post if you find a push button as I didn't see Kraus having one. Thank you!

A:  Mine does the same very disappointed since it looked like a great faucet

                          by|Oct 7, 2020

A:  You could remove the existing aerator and bring it with you to Home Depot since you need to remove the existing one that might be clogged with mineral deposits from the shutoff valve or loose and leaking at the gasket. The aerator gasket could also be missing or broken. I'd try to remove it by Hand and not scratch it or use a scratch resistant tool with rubber or a strap wrench. From Tom, Licensed Journeyman Plumber. I just unscrewed mine and its the smaller size that you usually see in a lav faucet but I was able to unscrew it by hand, remove the washer, then push out the aerator. Make sure you get a replacement that allows enough gallons per minute, get the one with the highest GPA at the store.
