Q:Why does the 48" pieces cost twice as much as the 36" pieces when covering the same linear footage?

Answer This Question
A: Hi TomG, We appreciate you reaching out to us. The price varies per kit sizes. Those 39' kits (which contain 13 pieces of the 36" section) are only available in stores, while those 48" sections are available online. The 39' kit has the same features as the 48' kit, so you can buy it in store if you think you can save more. If you want to check if your nearest Home Depot store has it in stock, you can do so.

Q:Doesn’t debris just pile up on top of these? How often do they have to be cleaned?
by|Feb 2, 2024

Answer This Question
A: Generally speaking the debris will be blown away by the wind and rain butt is important to understand that no gutter guard is 100% maintenance free, however, our gutter guards require the least amount of upkeep of any other gutter guard in the industry.
A great way to clean off the gutter guard is with the use of The Gutter Guard Brush. It’s designed to clean off any gutter guard without having to get on a ladder or roof. You just screw this special brush on the end of any standard extension pole, then from the ground, just reach up and brush it off.

Q:Could you use the 6” gutter guard on a 5” gutter? My older gutters are 5” while my newer install are 6” and I don’t want to two different guards that would result in extra guards and wasted $$ in the end.

Answer This Question
A: Hello Chip! The 6" gutter guards are good for gutters that are above 5" to 7" wide since the actual measurement of the 6" is 7.25" wide. If you need just a few sections of the 5" version you can order their smallest kit which is the 12' kit that has 3 pieces of the 4' section.

Q:Do these keep out pine needles?
by|Jan 1, 2024

Answer This Question
A: Hi! We use a 30mesh (that is 30×30 holes/square inch) which is more effective than smaller hole sizes at keeping out pine needles. The 30mesh that we use is the perfect size for managing rainwater into the gutter while keeping out all the leaves, pine needles, and even the roof grit.
