Q:I require a flame retardant translucent plastic sheeting that has unobstructed clarity. So any text/logos/images etc would make this unusable for my purposes. Also is there a data sheet or certification that I can download?

Q:Experience has taught me that online purchases from Big Box stores can sometimes lead to unpleasant surprises when the item delivered is NOT what was described or photographed in the listing for said item. Just want to be certain that this item is indeed a white faced plastic and NOT clear, translucent etc. Considering using this as a large white reflector for lighting a subject for a video/still shoot.

                    Answer This Question

A:  This is a construction grade, flame retardant film. Although it is considered white, it does have some degree of translucency. We do manufacture a 6 mil white plastic that does not have the flame retardant characteristics that may be more suitable for what you are describing, model number CF0620W. However; all of our products are construction grade and made largely of recycled materials. The color and opacity of any construction grade film will vary from roll to roll.
