A: Screwless switch and outlet plates/covers use a base plate that is either attached to the existing switch/receptacle screws or attached behind the existing switch/receptacle. The screwless plate/cover is then snapped onto the base plate.
It is very important that you turn off the power to the switch or receptacle and then check to make certain there is no power going to the box the switch or receptacle is in.

A: You take the faceplate off the backplate (seperate them, they are just already together for the packaging), screw in the backplate and then clip the faceplate onto the backplate.

A: I only needed this one. However I do think that they make it for a 3-bay.
