Q:We bought 2- for different rooms. 1 remote seems to control them both at the same time. Not what is preferred. We tried shutting room doors, still 1 remote operates them both. How can we get this to stop & have each remote control only the room its in?

    A:  It would be nice to know if the original question asker ever figured this out. We called Customer support and all they could say was the ‘manufacturer is overseas and can’t tell us anything other than to perform the pairing procedure on page 13.’
