Q:How to remove bins? The Assembly PDF download associated with product does NOT address this AND the 1st page listing parts is NOT legible. The bottom outside of bin is secured to the Wall while inside is NOT & moves an 1" in or out of the cabinet.

A:  The bins can't move, because it is fully assembly in mass production.
