A:  You can adjust the height of the bamboo shade. We do not recommend cutting the shade because it will void the manufacturers warranty and damage the operating mechanism.

A:  Sorry, the smallest width size available is 19.5 inches.

A:  For inside mount installation, we recommend ordering a half-inch size smaller. Sizes are available in half-inch sizes, so for your measurement is closer to 28.5 inches, so we suggest ordering a 28-inch size to guarantee fit. Please note, there will be a slight gap on both sides, 1/4 inch on both sides. If you do not want a gap, we recommend outside mount installation.
