For Inside Mount Installations (Inside the window frame) – Order your exact window size. 1/4 in. deduction will be taken on the width for a precise fit inside the window frame. (Example) Window Width = 23 inches; Order = 23 inch shade; Actual Shade Size = 22.75 inches. For Outside Mount Installations (Outside the window frame) – Recommended to add 4 inches to the width (2” on both sides) and length for optimal light control and privacy. -GO
