A:  On ours, the top track was included. It came with an oak board to mount on the bottom.  It was a nice solid mounting point.  I did not want a separation between the room and the closet.  On their web site they sell an optional L bracket that is about 2” x 2” to securely mount the bottom of the door to the wall and he floor. It gives us a very clean look when the doors are open.  The company was very helpful.

A:  Yes it is necessary. The doors work seamlessly and the wood is hardly noticeable, but my doors are on a closet that is in an inconspicuous area.

A:  EvCC, It will be close. Theoretically it will work. You are at the highest range of adjustability and there is no margin for error left on the width if there is any uneveness in your floor. A:  Chuck, The 76.75" measurement in for doors designed to fit into an 80" opening. not sure where you are getting the 82" height from. A:  No, this does not have a bottom track. This is a very sturdy, heavy door. Great quality, not the usual flimsy closet sliding door.

A:  Gino we dont go by rough opening. Our units are designed to go into a "finished opening" Once you have your finished opening, then thats the size door you should order. Thank you.
