A:  Cbharis, It has an "optional" bottom oak saddle. Depending on your floor materials you can usually mount the floor plate directly on the floor and skip the saddle. I hope this answers your question.

A:  Adam, Yes You will just have a little extra gap to distribute evenly between the top and the bottom and from side to side. Most folks dont really care about the slightly larger gaps on the sides and bottom since the alternative is a more costly custom-sized unit. You can either leave the sides alone or cover it up with a simple quarter round or square molding running from top to bottom. Thank you to your question.

A:  Nancy, Its mirrored only on one side and is really only designed to be used as a closet door, not a "passage" door. Thank you.

A:  Nick, Yes. Everything you need is provided with the door to install this unit into your 48" x 96" finished opening. You will just need to bring some common tools and basic skills. Thank you.

A:  Maxx, We use "finished opening" and not rough opening. Is this case if you are referring to the finished opening as 46.25, then this door likely won't work. Mathematically it may fit into the opening but it won't have the clearances necessary for adjustability or smooth operation. A:  xgrishkax, Yes, 2-36" units will work for you but just a quick word of advice...If you order 2-36" units, you will have 2 pieces of 36" track, but if you order a 72" unit, you will have one continuous track, and many customers prefer that look, rather than having a seam in the middle. Thank you.
