A:  Our doors are made to fit into finished openings. That means that all the construction on the opening is complete, jambs are in, flooring is in , and existing tracks and closet doors are removed. Take the measurement from the top of the opening to the floor, and between the walls or jambs. We recommend taking (3) measurements, both vertically and horizontally and give us the smallest measurement. We then do the math and make the appropriate deductions/adjustments so the panels of your bifold or slider fit into the opening given to us.

A:  Actual size of the door only is 23 -3/8" by 76-3/4" The rest of the space is taken up by the tracks and hardware and the proper clearances to fit into an 80" "finished opening"

A:  Our door are adjustable but thats right at the edge of the range. Thats awfully close for our bifold to operate properly. There needs to be at least 1/4" clearance on each edge so that the panels can pivot properly. A:  wood, about 30 pounds. The entire unit weighs it at around 111 pounds. I hope this helps.

A:  Matt, Unfortunately the largest mirror panel we can make is 18" which equated to a 4-panle 72" wide door. They are just too heavy. We can make this size 778" in 4-panel in a flush door if you are interested.
