A:  Dear Alejadros, Our doors are adjustable but thats out of the range. You need a little space on each edge for the door to pivot properly. It sounds like you have a custom size and this unit will not fit in your opening out of the box. A:  Unfortunately no. Most systems are not compatible, plus you will want to have nice smooth new working hardware again. It makes all the difference in the world. Thank you.

A:  You will need to add shims on the top and bottom of the opening. My opening was about 81” and I added 1/4 “ shims top and bottom and embed up with gaps of 3/4” on top and 1 1/2” on the bottom, not ideal but acceptable. The Home Depot website says the door is adjustable up to 80 1/2”. My opening was reduced to about 80 1/2” and there was barely enough adjustment to make the door level.

A:  should leave 2 Inches for adjustments. so for a 48 inch opening you would have a 46 inch door
