Based on what I am reading about the 30 second oil change, the new replacement filter contains 0.8 qts of engine lube. The engine holds approximately twice that amount. When you use this method when changing engine oil you are mixing new oil with about the same amount of used oil that contains contaminates. I guess it's better then not replacing the engine oil at all, but isn't it better to replace all the used oil with new oil? I purchased the E-140 because it uses the traditional engine oil change procedure.
