Answer This Question
A: Hi Karen, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I am glad to address your question. The aerator on this spout is not entirely recessed. The ring which you can see on the end of the spout is part of the aerator. To remove, unscrew the aerator counter clockwise. You can do this by hand (using a rubber cleaning glove for friction) or using a strap wrench to protect the finish. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A: Hello, my name is Kassi with Kohler Co. I'd be glad to answer your question. The K-12266-4-CP does not use o-rings for the spout. If there is a drip from the spout or leaking handles, the cartridges would get replaced. The cartridges are GP77005-RP and GP77006-RP. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
