      Q:Probably a stupid question, but how do you program the oven when you cook things since there is no display? For instance, if you are baking a cake and you want it to cut off after 30 minutes?

          Q:If the smaller middle grate is removed, do the outer, larger grates slide around? Wondering if I could use center of stove top to rest a cooking utensil on, so I wouldn't want that center grate in the way.

            Q:I know this has a convection fan, but does it have a COOLING FAN, or does it just naturally vent? Where does the oven vent out exactly (the backsplash? the area at top of oven door/under knobs?)
