                    Answer This Question

A:  Yes the LUX GEO has a lock feature. You can lock it manually, first illuminate the screen than press and hold the blue triangle dial button for 20 secs. it will then take you back to the home screen and a lock will appear on the top loft corner of the display. You are also able to lock the Geo through the LUX app. On the LUX app you have 2 lock options; Partially Locked, and Fully Locked. Partially Lock allows you to adjust the temperature ONLY on the thermostat. Fully locked does not allow you to operate the thermostat manually, it can only be adjusted (Temp/Heat and Cool) on the app. -LUX Technical Support

A:  Yes it does have a lock feature. It's a great thermostat. My son installed mine. He has a Nest. While it doesn't have ALL of the smart home integration that the NEST has it does learn. I'm really pleased with mine. I love having the app on my smart phone. I highly recommend this thermostat.

Q:Can you program the fan from "auto" to "on" in a timed cycle or can it only be done manually? I have a house with a basement and in the summer I'd like to be able to circulate air from the basement throughout the house without running the air conditioner early in the morning before the heat of the day. Thank you
