A:  Thank you for your inquiry. If you plan to install the adorne wall plate vertically, the electrical box must also be installed in a vertical orientation. Note: With the wall plate installed vertically, the adorne switches must be installed sides to properly lock into the adorne subframe that is included with the wall plate.

A:  This wall plate is designed for use with adorne switches and outlets only (devices measuring 1.8" x 1.8" on the body). The wall plate opening is approximately 1.875" x 1.875".

A:  This item is the model number for the white wall plate with black backer, model AWP3GWH4. The white wall plate with white backer is model number AWP3GWHW4 and the color is referred to as "gloss white on white". Hope this helps!

A:  On the back of the white/black cover it says: E143222, Cover Outlet Box, 320J

A:  This wall plate measures 5.13" H x 7.06" W x 0.35" D.

A:  Then why does it show ?Dimensions: H 2.66 in, W 1.77, D 1.38 in? in specifications? Which makes more sense.

A:  No, this is not the same color as nickel.

A:  On the bottom center of the wall plate, there is a small space between the sub plate and the wall plate cover - if you insert a flat head screwdriver there, you should be able to easily pop the wall plate cover off with a little bit of pressure. Hope this helps!

A:  Apologies for the confusion. All of the adorne wall plates are considered "jumbo" (please refer to the "wall plates" image with product dimensions). They will all work with the soft touch dimmer. We will get the inaccuracies on the product page corrected shorty.
