There are three methods of installation suitable for this product, Releasable Full Spread Method using Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (most common), Loose-Lay Installation Method, or Permanent Full Spread Method. The installation method used is dependent upon the day-to-day activities and the overall floor dimensions. A:  Hello Shiloh. The Lifeproof Restored Rosewood sheet vinyl can be installed over vinyl flooring. The existing vinyl floor can not have more than 2 layers, must be well bonded and non-cushioned. A:  It comes in a 12 foot role. So you would have to get two 25 foot long pieces that are 12 foot wide each, then cut one of the 25 foot pieces down to 3 feet wide and place it beside the 12 foot wide piece. So that's 12X50 feet. Or you could get two 15 foot long pieces and put the 12 foot wide parts side by side and have 1 foot by 15 feet of space left. (12 X30)
