A:  Hello Kathy! All of our spas are fully foamed and come paired with a thermal locking cover, making them able to withstand very cold temperatures year round while keeping the water hot! There is also always the option to "winterize" your spa when not using for the season. -- Happy soaking!

A:  I run mine all year keep it filled if used alot keep it senatized change water every 6 months at least empty 1/2 way replace with clean water senatize and check after each use .always check levels before and after use . Shower before use . Never use if you don't wash off before . Don't use if drinking alcohol..safety first.

A:  Hi Tracie! The total length of the GFCI cord is 15 feet, after exiting the spa you should have 12” – 13” of cord to reach the outlet. We cannot extend this length because then the spa will experience a drop in voltage and may not operate correctly. This is why under no circumstances can an extension cord be used.
