A:  I did not get the frame only the mattress. I would imagine you would have to assemble frame yourself.

A:  Look for a twin sized bed. This is a great addition.

A:  A full size will take up a lot of your small room, but a bed any smaller (i.e., twin) will be too small for an adult. I suggest a full size bed and mattress.

Here are mattress sizes: Twin: 75 inches (L) x 38 inches (W) Twin XL: 80 inches (L) x 38 inches (W) Full: 54 inches (L) x 75 inches (W) Queen: 80 inches (L) x 60 inches (W) King: 80 inches (L) x 76 inches (W) California King: 84 inches (L) x 72 inches (W) Based on the overall size of your room you could still use a Queen mattress and frame and have leftover space or you could do a Full or Twin size as well. A:  In my opinion they are decent bed unfortunately I am heavier set guy so I tend to sink in more. My guess is if you're probably 180 and below then you should be fine.
