A: The easiest thing would be to buy 2 doors and have them facing each other. 1/2 to 3/4 inch should be just fine to remove from each facing door that will be touching each other. Be sure and use a saw blade for plywood or you will lots of splinters and a rough edge.

A: If you have to cut the door cut the top. It does not carry weight on the pin. Do Not cut more than a half inch off. The top and bottom of the doors will not support the pins and guide wheel.
