Answer This Question
A: Hi! Though our Hexatile Matte Nero and Metro Rhombus Matte Black both have a similar black color tone, it is important to note that these products are produced by different factories and may not match perfectly. We recommend purchasing sample or piece of each to determine if they suit your design preferences. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652

Q:Is the nero color a dark saturated black color or is it closer to a charcoal color? I am looking for a hexagon shape in a medium to charcoal gray color to blend with a white calacatta wall tile with gray and charcoal veining. Will this work?

Answer This Question
A: Hi! Our Hexatile Matte Nero does not have a true black color tone, but rather a charcoal black tone. We have included a color scale in the product images to help customers gauge the true appearance of this tile. We also always recommend purchasing a sample to determine if a product suits your design preferences. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.

Answer This Question
A: Hi! Our Hexatile Matte Nero is not hard to keep clean and like all of our products, is rather easy to maintain. Aside from soap and water, we also recommend using a neutral, non-acidic cleaner that is safe for everyday cleaning. A product that would fit into this category would be the Custom Building Products Grout and Tile Cleaner, which can found at the following link https://thd.co/2TMZvKx. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.

Answer This Question
A: Hi! We suggest using a 1/4" grout line to accommodate any variation in size or the subsurface and to allow movement. Dependent on how level your subfloor is, the smallest grout joint that we would suggest would be 3/16”. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.
