A:  Hi! To best match the colors featured in this tile, we recommend Custom Building Products #165 Delorean Grey. It is important to note that grout color is a personal choice and can greatly impact the overall look of an installation. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.

A:  Hi! Our Twenties Diamond is not hard to keep clean and like all of our products, is rather easy to maintain. Aside from soap and water, we also recommend using a neutral, non-acidic cleaner that is safe for everyday cleaning. A product that would fit into this category would be the Custom Building Products Grout and Tile Cleaner, which can found at the following link https://thd.co/2TMZvKx. If you have any further questions, please give us a call at (800)-963-7652.

A:  It’s so hard to keep clean. I love the look but regret installing it in my kitchen because it always looks dirty.

Q:The pictures show a pattern that requires two different tiles. Notice the black triangle, for example; some of the patterns create an arrowhead from each color. This is impossible to do with the tile unless there is a mirrored version of the tile. We ordered 16 boxes and all are the same. There is no option to select a "mirrored" or reversed box of tiles. Does anybody have an answer to this quandary?

A:  Maybe all the responders should READ what I wrote. YES, you can do the 3D looking cubes, but you CANNOT do the below pattern. This is a picture from this website. The tiles in this image are MIRRORED. Unless there are mirrored tiles available, this pattern is IMPOSSIBLE to attain.

A:  i had no problem with the tile - it is made to look like a 3D illusion - you match the gray with the gray and the light gray with the light gray of each tile and it turns out in 3D- i did it on a fireplace and it is awesome

A:  I believe it takes four tiles turned different ways to form the pattern you are looking for. Each tile is the same but when laying them together turn each one a quarter turn from the one next to it and a new pattern is formed.

              by|Jan 19, 2020

A:  We installed this in our bathroom shower. You just have to turn the tiles to make the pattern you want. It’s like a puzzle or like an optical illusion! We had wanted the starburst pattern but didn’t have the room (would have had to cut too many tiles). Just lay them out like in the examples to see what you like/what will fit! I think this made a beautiful accent in our shower!

                by|Jan 20, 2020

A:  There is not a mirror image tile. You only need a single tile style to create a pattern. See the attached pic.

                  by|Jan 20, 2020

A:  Both below answers, although appreciated, do not address the issue. Yes, you can do the 3D looking pattern. But the pattern that shows black arrowhead and grey arrowhead is geometrically impossible. They shouldn't put a picture of a pattern on here that's impossible to achieve.

A:  Good Afternoon, We do have new bullnose options that coordinate with the Twenties series. Our new Twenties Bullnoses will be available in black, gray and white, same as the plain field options http://thd.co/2aMqOx3. We have these items in our warehouse and we are expecting them to be live on HomeDepot.com by February 20, 2017. If you wanted to get a jump start on ordering these before they appear on HomeDepot.com you can place a special order for these in the flooring department of your Home Depot store. If you are interested in ordering these ahead of them being available online, please give us a call to receive the SKU for the color you would like. Also, feel free to call us with any further questions you may have at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

Q:On Jan 17 I asked "We want to use the Twenties Frame and the coordinating tiles in our kitchen. Model # FRC8TWEF They are described as inky grey, ash grey and light grey. I can not file the light grey tile listed for sale. I think I found ash grey, Model # FRC8TWEG Please tell me what the code is to order the light grey tile that coordinates with the Twenties frame series." You answered but it is not the correct ....my answer to your answer.....No that is not the right tile. I already found that one. If you read the description of the tile it says it is "ash grey". Ash grey is one of 3 colors in the Twenties Frame. I found 2 of the 3 color tiles. Inky grey. Ash grey. I can not find the pale grey. Read the description of the tile (scroll down to product over view). Can you find for me the ordering number for the pale grey Twenties tile. I would like to get all the tiles ordered in the next week. Thanks, Ann

                              Answer This Question

A:  Hi Ann, The color descriptions in the product description are just ways for the customer to get a feel for what color to expect, being as judging color on a computer monitor can prove challenging. This does not mean that products within the series will have names which coincide with these color descriptions. The Twenties White # FRC8TWEW http://thd.co/1U3ChxD coincides with the “pale grey” description and the centered diamond in this tile. The Twenties White is not a true white, and exhibits some faint gray tendencies. The Twenties Grey #FRC8TWEG coincides with the light colored framing triangles on the Twenties Diamond, described as the “ash grey”. The darkest triangles coincide with the Twenties Black #FRC8TWEB, which is described as the inky grey. These field tiles may not match the other patterned options exactly, being as they were produced at different times. Being as color is subjective, it is best for you to decide for yourself what you feel works best for your installation. We do offer samples of these products adhered to 4.5” x 5” sample cards, so they will give a color and texture sample, not a full look into the pattern. If you have any further questions or want information about ordering samples, please reach out to our customer service team at (800)-963-7652. Hope this helps!

A:  Good Afternoon, This tile can be used at a pool waterline! This tile is vitreous, so it absorbs little to no water, making it great for any outdoor climate. Also, this tile is chemical resistant, so the pool chemicals should not affect this tile. If you have any further questions, please reach out to our customer service team at (800)-963-7652. A:  Good Afternoon, This tile would be great for a bathroom or shower floor! This tile has a marginal skid resistance, making it safe for normal use. This tile has a glazed finish that will not absorb water, making it a great choice for a wet environment.
