Q:Are these tiles sealed? I installed the white on my bathroom floor, and some of the textured tiles just won?t come clean. We did not seal them as we thought they were already sealed. Should we seal them now? Any way you recommend cleaning these?

A:  Hi! Sealing our University White is not required. This tile has a glazed finish, which will help prevent contaminants from staining the tile if cleaned up in a reasonable amount of time. AS for cleaning, we recommend using a neutral, non-acidic cleaner that is safe for everyday cleaning.
