      A:  Good day, Yes they could, we suggest you to use our Interior scaffold. However all our casters « Clean room casters », our wheels are not designed for very clean environments that need to keep a minimum level of dust. regards J.

        A:  Although I have not tried them on sandy soil, I suspect that because of the width of the wheel, they will tend to dig in.

                  A:  The shaft is 1.375 or 1 3/8 inches. Probably not going to work.
