A:  Hi Greer, very sorry for this ionconvenience. Most gates do open in rather than out. The push to open (FM148) is available on Home Depot.com. Most all of our parts are sold separately so you can customize your gate opener to meet your personal needs. Thank you

A:  Hi Bill, not really, if you have a double gate you will need a dual gate opener. The length of the wire is different so that both arms can reach the control box. Plus, the dual operators are made to work together. The medium dual will work on a gate up to 550 lbs or 16ft long per leaf. Or our MM572W which will work on a gate up to 850 lbs or 18ft long per leaf. Hope that helps. Thank you

A:  Hi Fred, thank you for this question. Actually this openers is heavy duty. For your 10ft wide opening you could use the HD272. This is availbale on Home Depot.com. This will work on a gate up to 300 lbs and or 12 ft long per gate. This one is a bit less expensive and will do the job. You can add accessorys like a keypad and a vehicle sensor. These would be very easy to install and very convenient. Thank you

A:  Hello SunnySide up, Yes, the MM372 will accomodate 2 x 16' gates, and the raise to get to the arms. You may want to look at the MM572 also. This operater will accomodate up to a 2 x 18' gates. Its a bit more powerful but there is a slight difference in price. Please check out our instalaation vidoes on mighty mule.com it maybe helpful to see how the install works. They matbe able to help with the side that is broken or perhaps send replacement parts if under warranty. If not under warranty you can purchase another to replace the broken one. Hope this helps.
