                Answer This Question

A:  I don't know about warranty service but I am a contractor and I've got two of these kits and one of them is around 10 years old and has seen daily use and the only issue is that the little light above the trigger went out at about 8 years. I can live with that. Lots of power and the charge lasts a good long time.

A:  Just ran downstairs to check - drill in my hand, bit pointed forward, switch pushed to LEFT to drive a screw. On the 'sale' price - great price. And I love my M12 set (impact driver and a right angle drill). Had them 3 or more years and although only a DIYer, I use them all the time.

A:  I was Tanker. I went through D11. Ft. Knox. ky. Two years later I was nominated out of alot of other Corporals to go through Ft. knox Tank Cammander school. A lot of people don't know the Marine Corps. used other bases like Pennsula FL. to train Aircrew. Just like they don't know that they used Ft. Bragg. to train Marine Corps. Snippers. The thing about the Corps is we we adapt and overcome. We will train on an Army Base. We will train on a Navy Base. We will even train on Air Force live fire ranges. They don't like us because we blowup everything. The only thing we won't do is attack our own homeland. Semper Fi.

A:  It would be the difference between a stick shift and automatic transmission….you’ll feel the difference and hear the difference. Both work and work very well, but the brushless is just better and you’ll experience when working with it.

A:  The brushless(Fuel) is always better. I love the impact driver with this kit. I use it everyday for work. Never failed me. The drill isn’t as strong as I would of liked, but I bought this kit for the impact, and the price not the drill. Not sure how much the kit is now.

A:  All the brushless tools seem to be more powerful than the brushed versions. In the case of the MIlwaukee, I don't think they make a 'brushed' version. I am an absolute fan of the M12 family - great tools.

A:  Brushless is just quieter and preforms better in the long run. Saves a little on battery usage as well. It's just what you can get on a deal right now that you know the batteries will fit when you ever outlive the product and need a new one you don't need a new brand.

A:  Your new batteries are not a "nicad" but much superior "lithium-ion" batteries. When charged for the first time, these batteries should normally be charged a little longer. If after an hour, you still get a flashing red light, i would suggest you remove the battery and reinsert it firmly into the charger. I also found that I had to do this the first time. You have two batteries, if both are flashing red, you may have a problem with the charger. It is unlikely that both batteries would be defective.

A:  According to the charger, this is a sign of a defective battery. Have you tried plugging in the charge with no battery in the slot? This some times has the same effect if you insert a battery before plugging in the charger.

A:  If you have NiCad batteries,, your problems are much deeper and more serious than anything that can be solved here.. Please book an appointment with a qualified tool therapist before it's too late
