A: From talking to the Milwaukee sales rep at my local HD, these wont be available until the end of September just to let you and other on here know. A lot of other tool sites have them on pre-order and if you look closely, they wont ship out until the end of September. You can actually get your hands on it through some tool sites right away as they have them in stock (just wait for shipping). Tool sites that have them in stock are listed on Milwaukee's site if you look for the tool and click "where to buy". Hope this helps!!!

Answer This Question
A: Everyone is asking the same questions. What do you want them to do? Calm down and be nice. We all know that everybody's grandma wants it. There is no conspiracy to keep it away from you. They would like to sell it, and once they get them in stock, you can get one like everyone else that's in line.

A: Hi Paul, this M12 FUEL 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Stubby 3/8 in. Impact Wrench (Tool-Only), is a store exclusive item and only able to be bought in a Home Depot store. Unfortunately we do not sell it with online stock for purchase and we are not able to advise when local Home Depot stores are re-stocked of specific items. I would advise you visit or contact your local Home Depot store for pricing and availability. Please follow the steps below to localize your Homedepot.com as well:
1. Localize Homedepot.com using your zip code (My Store Location: Change)
2. Choose the store where you want to pick up the item (Make this my Store)
We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot!

A: The Milwaukee 3/8" & 1/2" FUEL Stubby impact wrenches are both rated @ 250ft lbs torque in FWD & REV. The Milwaukee 1/4" FUEL Stubby impact wrench is rated @100 ft lbs FWD & REV. I just bought the 1/2" Stubby & it's awesome! It has 4 settings, brushless, cordless, very powerful, compact & lightweight.

Q:Not a single home depot store has this item yet. Been waiting since the release of the 3 or 4 months ago to purchase and still nothing from Home Depot. Do not tell me to contact customer service, as I already had 3 times and they were no help. Looks like I’ll be making my purchase for this item on another site.

Q:How much fastening torque can each mode produce?

Answer This Question
A: I would use setting (1), then double check with a torque wrench you trust, increasing the setting on the torque wrench until you can turn the nut without the wrench clicking. That's how you find out approximately the torque applied for setting (1). Repeat these steps for the other 2 settings.
I'm not sure what formula Milwaukee uses when they do the math....

A: The modes are not specified for fastening torque. You have to use the max torque for the tool and do some math to get an approximate torque setting for each mode.

^^^ Excuse me but that's really an ignorant unhelpful answer coming from Milwaukee! You guys designed, manufactured, and market this tool, why haven't you guys done the math? Why would you expect customers to do it?
