A: I don't think the get free Tool is working or activated . Usually, there is a select free tool link in cart- and you get a free tool like a hammer drill or ratchet .

Q:Perhaps a dumb question... It's advertised as handling 3/8"-1" but it comes with heads for 1/2", 3/4", and 1". How does it do 3/8"? Is there an optional head to buy?

Q:Does the tool ship with the battery installed in the tool? I received mine and the battery was installed, seems odd and since there is no seal on the box it seems this could be an open box item.

A: The case in this set is only for the expander. There is a separate case available for the shear.
