A:  No, it won’t fit the blower (as there is no place to connect it). However, blower is very light so you won’t need it. Suggest instead, investing in another battery with this blower so you can alternate between using one and charging one. I love this blower, but the charge on it doesn’t last too long (without a second backup battery).

A:  According to what I have read from Milwaukee, unfortunately you will need to purchase a whole new strap, which comes with the bracket. Item # 49-16-2722

A:  Hi mike! Yes our Milwaukee M18 FUEL String Trimmer Shoulder Strap will fit model 2828-20.

A:  I haven’t used it with a different brand, but it has clips that could probably be secured to most other brands. However, although I bought it to be used with a Milwaukee, I only ended up using it with shoulder strap once or twice, and then decided not to use it at all. The shoulder strap concept is good, but it ended up getting more in the way. I tend to use the equipment at different angles and the shoulder strap would have to be adjusted each time I change position that it wasn’t worth the trouble. On a positive note, I do love the M18 Milwaukee string trimmer and also the M18 Milwaukee leaf blower. I would suggest purchasing 1 or 2 extra batteries  so you have another one to use while recharging the other.
