Q:I just received this range. I notice the burners are numbered 1 through 6 in the specifications but are these numbers left to right when looking at the burner. I am looking for the simmer burner, all seem to be quite powerful.

Answer This Question
A: Hello, this model doesn't have a simmer feature. The front center burner would give you the lowest flame out of all the burners.

A: I'm not sure, but if you have not purchased it as of yet, you may want to wait. I have had mine for 2 1/2 years. The first year I had to have the oven re-calibrated, but the best they could do was make it 50degrees close to what was on the knob. So if I wanted 350 I had to turn it to 400. I am now waiting over a month to have this same issue fixed because now there are times the oven does not maintain a temperature. Might be set at 400 to start but will cool down to 225 and ruin whatever is baking.

A: Hello, it's not supposed to shake like that. You probably have to adjust one of the legs so the range can be standing properly. Please call us when you're available so we can diagnose this issue with you over the phone. Our number is 888 909 8818. Thank you.

Answer This Question
A: Hello Cookie, if you are facing the front (or say facing the oven), the electrical outlet is on back of the range and on the left hand side near to the floor. If you are facing the back of the range, it will be on the right hand side near the floor.
