    A:  No, we do not do installation. You can call your local Home Depot and they can set you up with one of theirs, or you can shop around in you area.

      Q:Natco does not have a warranty on this rug. The spec states fade resistant but the rug failed and faded. What do I do?

        Q:Ordering stair treads - but also need stair landing rug for halfway up the stairs. The size I need for the landing rug including serged edges all 4 sides, is 3'x3' maximum. How would I order this ? Runner quantity of 3 with special instructions?

          Q:I see in a previous question that the Natco Products Rug Expert has indicated that all sides can be serged so that the runner can be used in a hallway. How would I go about ordering that?

          A:  You indicate in the special order notes that you want the runner serged at the ends. The sides already come serged. You can also go to your local Home Depot store and have them place the order for you and tell them that you would like the ends serged.

            A:  As I recall, you just order the exact size of the runner you want to fit your hall, and it will come finished on all edges. That is if they are still selling by the linear foot.
