Q:Would these mats be suitable to use on top of a large carpet (not wall-to-wall). I want to put a 121 pound rowing machine on top of the tiles to protect the carpet underneath. Wondering if that is too much weight for the tiles? Thank you.

Answer This Question
A: Susan thanks for the question. the tiles would work but they may not sit flat because of the weight of the machine and also being on top of carpet. It also may indent of puncture the mats depending on design of the rowing machine

Answer This Question
A: I've had it in my shop for a few years and I like how easy it is on my feet and dropped tools, but next to where I put heavy weight, such as my workbench, it pops up. I tried carpet tape to hold it down but it just pops up somewhere else.
by|Jul 19, 2021
A: No it is not designed for driving vehicles on it

Q:Can this be used under vinyl flooring?
by|Mar 7, 2021

Answer This Question
A: I wouldn’t. The interlocking foam will cause the vinyl flooring to pop if heavy objects are placed on it. Look for something made to go under flooring.
