                  A:  It comes with rails and pickets. It does NOT come with any hardware for putting it together. Very misleading description that says it comes with "all materials needed".

                    A:  Yes, each panel comes in pieces which must be assembled. The panels are 3 1/2 ft. high and 8 ft. long.

                        A:  It's really a panel kit which includes the parts(pickets, backer rails and fence hardware) to make a 3 1/2 in. X 8 ft. fence panel.

                          A:  Please note that this is called a panel KIT, not just a panel. All pieces are pre-cut to the proper size but the customer has to supply the screws or nails to assemble.
