A:  I apologize for this inconvenience. Sounds like you may have a defective cartridge. Please email us at help@pulseshowerspas.com so we can assure this is corrected and get you on your way to having a working valve.

A:  This mixing valve is designed to work with all standard showerheads including all PULSE shower systems.

A:  Yes, the Tru-Temp Pressure Balance Valve can be used with any showerhead. This valve controls the temperature and on/off feature of the shower only.

A:  I did exactly that. This piece is only to turn the water flow on. The shower head is fully up to you. Check with your plumber if needed.

A:  For me, I had to adjust/move the red plastic piece in the valve (I had the same issue). Not sure it's right but it is what fixed the issue. The bottom of the handle was way to the left.

A:  Swing it left for hot and right is cold. Maybe it was put in upside down ?

A:  OK> We had the same problem. The way this works is really simple. Most of the time you get a RED DOT or a BLUE Dot. Indicating which way is cold or hot. In that case you turn it to the side with the dots. If you look at this handle, you will see that it is not a dot, but a line. The line points to a direction. It is like an arrow, the only thing missing is the point on the arrow. So if you think of your faucet line as an arrow. Look at the faucet carefully and figure out which way" the arrow points". If it points towards the left and the color is red, then you get hot water. If it points towards the right you get cold. I put a piece of paper on the wall in front of the shower, so that when you get in, you can tell. It reads" Towards the wall is hot, towards the toilet is cold". Maybe once you figure out which way yours goes, you can do that until you have memorized the directions. Hope that will help.

A:  No, we do not offer a handle extension.

A:  If there is a solution I’d love to hear also we have the same issue ….

A:  Not that I know of. My installer did the same darn thing. What I did was trim the lip of the face plate so it sits almost flush against the tile which is not ideal but it Gave me about a quarter inch extra to get a face plate on the lip. If that makes any sense. If there is an extension I would love to know about it.

A:  move it forward , it worked find in my 2x4 walls, call manufacture????
