    A:  Yes, but you would need to purchase hardware to attach as we do not provide. We do provide the dimensions of the Novara in our assembly manual on the front cover and there is a footprint in the back section of the assembly manual.       A:  Hello - This model has been tested in 80 mph winds when properly anchored to a foundation and the louvers in the open position. We recommend during the winter that the louvers remain open to allow the snow not to accumulate. Thank you
