Answer This Question

A:  A footer or bed is not needed. I placed mine in the soil. They interlock end to end so they have been staying put.

Q:The ad says each piece is $1.68 and a pallet has 144 pieces. But the pallet price is $584 which amounts to about $4 apiece. I would like to purchase 300 pieces at $1.68 for a total of $504 and am requesting delivery because I am too old (67 years old) and can't handle pickup. Will you consider delivery?

Answer This Question

A:  When purchasing by the pallet online, the freight is built into each individual pallet. When you purchase the material in store, the freight is prorated across a full truckload of product. If the product is available at your local Home Depot, you can make the purchase by phone by calling the pro desk. If you order it through the pro desk, you can get the bulk discount pricing. They will also set up delivery for you as well. Thank you for your inquiry!

Q:I am looking to buy a pallet of greystone rumblestones. However when I look on line you want $200 more for me to place the order. The HD store in Murrells Inlet said they cannot order them. They sell for 2.58 a piece for the cocoa. Online you want $4.05, why?

Q:Why is a single $2.68, but pallet of 144 is $648? Why $266 more than buying 144 individually?

      Answer This Question

A:  If you purchase online, the freight is built into each individual pallet. If purchased through the store, the freight is prorated over a full truck of material. Also, if you purchase a pallet or more at the store level, you can receive a bulk discount as well. Thank you for your inquiry!

A:  As I remeber when I got a pallet I thought the same thing but when they arrived there were more tnan 144 in the pallet. Maybe it was 196? I'll try to remember to repost - I have a pallet arriving next week and I'll count how many there are. But also, if you want in some colors, you can only get in pallet. Cafe for example. Its not sold anywhere local to me by brick so I had to order a pallet.

Q:This product is showing as 2.68 per unit but it shows 648.98 for 144 (pallet) which is 4.50 per unit. This makes no sense. How much are these (per unit and per pallet)?

          Answer This Question

A:  I have no idea how they came up with the extra cost. My bill was over $700 for the pallet to include the delivery which was an epic failure.

          by|Jun 19, 2020

A:  There are absolutely a minimum of 144 in a pallet. Maybe more. However, I didn't like them and wouldn't recommend them. They vary in size. They are not precise. Big mistake for me. The guy that delivered them even hit the side of my house with the forklift and Home Depot declined to help. I tried to work with the company that delivered them to me and they never replied or tried to help fix the damages to my garage. Sorry not what you wanted to hear...

A:  It is available in your market. If it's not in that particular store, they should be able to order for you. Either that, or get with your local pro desk and they can tell you what stores nearby have them in stock. Thank you for your inquiry!

Q:Can these be stacked? I have a slightly sloping bed and need to build up a short section with about 2 to 3 layers to hold soil and mulch in the bed. Probably will need to use landscape glue?
