Q:Is there a condenser drain pan heater? If not: Should there be?
by|Jun 30, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Proper Drainage is important. There is no heater element to disperse the water built into the unit. It has a drain hose that is intended to go outside or into a draining pan. I have it so it drains outside. The unit is not designed with a heater (hence the price category). It can produce 1qt water in one hour while running the AC.
