This size meets typical residential deck railing requirements.

The kit includes the top and bottom rails, the balusters and the support block under the bottom rail. The brackets to attach to the post are sold separately.

It is not designed to turned into a stair rail kit (the brackets are for a horizontal application and each of the baluster are secured into the railings at a 90-degree angle.
