QUIKRETE® Play Sand is often recommended as a winter bed for chicken dust baths. Most of the sand grains for QUIKRETE® Premium Play Sand are 1/8” and smaller and there is fine material. All sands contain silica. The gradation can vary somewhat based upon region.
