A: I don't see why it wouldn't. The only reason I can think why it would not be used with LVP would be if the planks are somehow wider than the bar is long or else if they don't "snap-lock" like other LVP planks.
Otherwise I've used this with multiple types of LVP flooring and had zero problems.
