A:  I don't see why it wouldn't. The only reason I can think why it would not be used with LVP would be if the planks are somehow wider than the bar is long or else if they don't "snap-lock" like other LVP planks. Otherwise I've used this with multiple types of LVP flooring and had zero problems.

A:  I don't have it in front of me at the moment, but I think its about 10-12 inches.

A:  Yes 100% needs underlayment!

A:  It’s preferred Installation underlayment because you can make a barrier to keep moisture out
