A: No! While the driving bits will fit the chick on the Milwaukee impact driver the boys are not impact rated. You need to get impact rated drive bits.

A: It probably depends on what’s behind the stucco. If you have concrete block behind the stucco, you need to get tap con drill bits and screws. If it is a woodframe house behind the stucco, it may work. Sorry I don’t have a better answer for you.

A: These are standard bits that should fit any standard drill. Ryobi is simply the brand of drill. There is nothing odd or unusual about it. Unlike like a cell phone charger, it is not specific by brand.

A: There's an adapter. it's the Black drill bit with a nut on it. Take the nut off, slide the bit in the hole saw and secure the nut.
