        A:  A hot plate draws a lot of power. If it draws less than 1000 watts (8.3 amps), it should work but you should connect directly to the vehicle's battery not the 12v powerpoint / cigarette lighter.

          Q:Can I power this with a 200Watt 19Volt solar panel array? It can handle an 300Watt 18 Volt One+ battery, so my solar panel array is in that range.

          A:  You may have to get creative to do this. If you use a charge controller in between it should work fine. Would be nice if it had PD in.
